Last updated: May 24, 2026
Agreement to terms
By using PlanMate (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. PlanMate is operated by PlanMate (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Description of service
PlanMate is an AI-powered calendar assistant that operates through WhatsApp and Telegram. It allows you to create, read, and manage Google Calendar events by sending text or voice messages. The Service requires you to authorize access to your Google Calendar through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PlanMate. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Account and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp or Telegram account.
- You authorize PlanMate to access your Google Calendar on your behalf through OAuth 2.0.
- You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your messaging account with PlanMate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the Service.
- Send spam, automated messages, or excessive requests to the bot.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Use the Service to store or transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through calendar events.
AI and accuracy
PlanMate uses artificial intelligence to interpret your messages and manage your calendar. While we strive for accuracy, AI interpretation may occasionally make errors. You should:
- Review calendar events created by PlanMate for accuracy.
- Confirm critical events (such as important meetings) directly in Google Calendar.
- Understand that PlanMate may ask for confirmation before making changes to reduce errors.
PlanMate is not a substitute for manual calendar management for high-stakes scheduling.
Beta service
PlanMate is currently in private beta. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time during the beta period. Beta users may experience bugs, downtime, or feature changes. We appreciate your feedback and patience during this phase.
Privacy
Your use of PlanMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMate and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, missed appointments, incorrect calendar entries, or any other scheduling errors.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PlanMate at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Google Calendar access and ceasing communication with the bot.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our bot or this page.
